工作内容
    Job Description
    • Fluent English speaking.
    • Build up his own organization.
    • Design the training plan for the new hired
    • Establish a supplier's network with the vision of creating a self sufficient quality awarded network.
    • Define purchasing strategies, having as objective the quality requirements and potential company saving.
    • Participate in defining the company budget for the fiscal year for the raw material.
    • Deploy a system to track cost
    • Define a system to deploy to the system the needs of incoming orders
    • Coordinate the purchasing of the fabricated parts and the commercial parts according to the MFG planning.
    • Develop a system with the PROD MGR to communicate issues arise in the purchasing process.
    • Create a system to track supplier's performance in terms of quality and delivery.
    • Guarantee the storage of incoming material with a definition of minimum stock
    • Guarantee the shipment of finished product in respect to the company procedure
    • Define a training plan for his reports with the objective of develop their career

    Qualification Criteria
    • Mechanical Engineer Bachelor
    • Chinese people
    • Fluent in English
    • 5 years Working experience with Machinery Business is preferred
    • Experience as Buyer of fabricated parts or Purchasing Manager
