·Job Scope 岗位职责
    Job Duty include but not limited to:
    1.In conjuction with Group Purchasing Manager to lead purchase team on procurement activity of Eastern Air Liquide, including equipment, material, spare parts, sub-contract service and admin purchase. Working scope from sourcing, supplier qualification, negotiation, contract, delivery tracking to customs clearance.
    2.Responsible for purchase cost saving, and make sure purchase activity strictly in line with purchase procedure.
    3.In charge of spare parts warehouse management.
    4.Support and coordinate with user departments and other related departments.
    ·Job Requirements 招聘要求
    1.Bachelor Degree or above with chemical or mechanical backgroud.
    2.5~8 years work experience of industrial purchasing, and 2~3 years management experience is preferred.
    4.Good negotiation skill and sense of cost control.
    5.Sufficient commercial knowledge of local & import purchasing, FTZ trading business, inventory management and customs regulation.
    6.Skill in supplier audit, development and management.
    7.Good team leader with ability on problem solving, interpersonal communication, team work and self motivation under pressure.
    8.Good command of English and PC software.
